With the launching of SPH-m620 "UpStage" dual-faced music phone Samsung, has come up with a smart package ahead of Apple’s iPhone. Keeping the look and feel of the phone alive on one side, gives them a big advantage over iPhone, were there is no keypad. Using a key-pad less phone is going to a huge mind-set change for the subscribers and we will have to wait and see how subscribers adapt to this change. This phone offers a microSD slot for up to 2GB of external storage, a 1.3 megapixel camera, and stereo Bluetooth. Also included is a Music Manager Application for sideloading tunes to the phone via USB.
And looking at the price tag of $149 on a two-year agreement with a $50 rebate through Sprint, it cost just 25% of what an iPhone is going to cost. Sprint will be offering 99 cent over the air (nice!) music downloads well on its entire Music Store catalog.
Except for a small screen I think "UpStage” have all the features to seriously challenge unreleased iPhone.

Price is a non-factor when someone wants and perceives value in a product. The buzz around the iPhone is unprecedented and has brought "sexy back" to the wireless industry.
